I had a check engine light come on for my car. The mechanic I had taken it to had suggested more work than I thought the car needed, so I took my vehicle here for a second opinion since a few of my friends recommended this place. The people here are very knowledgeable and honest. They saved me over $1,000 worth of unnecessary work on my vehicle!
I recently bought a 17 Golf R and was looking at the various tunes available and performance shops around Canton, GA. Well, upon a lot of research it came down to GIAC vs APR. Upon my research, and talking to a lot of folks, APR requires upgraded spark plugs, that costs close to $140 btw, because of the low quality of their tune. GIAC does not! APR also does not have an E85 blend race map. I also connected with my local APR dealer, and the main guy there was not NEARLY as helpful as Brian was. I was turned off. MY CAR GOES! I have not owned a car as fast as this. Anyway, Brian made the whole experience comfortable for me, as this is a brand new car. He walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. I can call him any time. I highly recommend you go with him and GIAC for your tuning needs! I also plan to only go to his shop for all of my future performance needs and general maintenance.
I'm really thankful to have found Eurotech. Twice now in the past year I've brought in my car and both times have gotten great service. They not only diagnose what the actual problem is - instead of just fixing the most expensive and obvious thing - but also take the time to explain the "why" behind the fix without talking down to me, and always show the parts that were replaced to illustrate what they're talking about. I know more about my car because of them, I can't say enough about a mechanic willing to take the time to open a car hood with a customer and explain what's going on. I appreciate that they also inform me about what kind of repairs are coming down the pipe in the next year. My husband found a recommendation for them on a forum after I kept getting the runaround from my dealership and I'm a lifetime customer.
